In a time of war it is called sedition. Any other time it is called inciting a riot. Try that in Florida and, God forbid, someone gets killed, anyone connected to inciting the riot could and should be charged a an accessory to the crime.

I have always recognized that with freedom comes responsibility, that is, our First Amendment rights do not allow for unlimited freedom of speech...it is the “yelling ‘FIRE!’ in a crowded movie theater” type of thing.
