Effectively, by the time rational, normal folk realized what had happened, it was already game over, and the re-education camps were in full operation.

I say its time to organize a fleet of tanker trucks with fire hoses, anything with a tank, from garden sprayers to old airport fires trucks should be rounded up in a convoy.

And the water should have a yellow permanent dye in it.

matter of fact it would be a good idea to have a portable device in your vehicle that will spay water, mix in some tabasco, lemon juice an yellow dye. Nothing that will hurt permanently but strong enough to really really ruin their day.

A smart person could easily rig a multi spary hidden nozzle affair on their truck or SUV, have a tank inside, and either use air pressure or a high pressure pump like a small cold water sprayer for your car.
