Yeah, but I’d love to have him as Treasury Secretary.

In a statement evocative of William F. Buckley, Jr. when he excoriated Robert Welch and the John Birch Society as being “far removed from reality and common sense”, the Young Americans for Freedom, a conservative/libertarian youth group founded in 1960, has given Ron Paul the boot from its board of directors.

Ping for later

The thread here http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2801185/posts has all you need to ban from FR all Ron Paul supporters.

Old news. They did this a long time ago. Are they regurgitating the the ban again? For what, to rehash it for a 4th tier candidate? Is it relevant? You need to get past Paul. He is not a threat to become President. So, your anxiety dedicated to him, is beyond irrational.

What say you we focus on Cain, Perry, and Romney? Or, does your obsession with Paul, prevent you from engaging reality?

Ron Paul politics aside, no one seems to want to touch the question-

What authority gives the US the legitimate right to 'maintain stability' in another country?
