Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro is married to Stan Greenberg, a major league rat pollster who works with James Carville and Bob Shrum at Democracy Corps, IIRC. This diaper bill should have no chance in the House. Maybe it's just part of their class warfare meme, but something stinks besides the diapers, IMHO.
