Madness, utter madness. If this doesn't convince us that we are in a state of utter idiocy, then I don't know what would.
This is a private university and one of the top Catholic Universities in the country. It isn't supported by tax dollars that I'm aware of. So why this is an issue is beyond me. Catholic ought to be able to discriminate to a certain degree in favor of those who are Catholic. It shouldn't be forced to come to any accommodation with Muslims or any other religion. No one is forced to go to Catholic U. I cannot for the life of me understand how anyone could be on the side of these Muslims.

I cannot for the life of me understand how anyone could be on the side of these Muslims. Banzhaf is really on the side of Muslims, he is the one creating the issue here. The Univeristy has not received any complaints from Muslim students. This is this guy's modus operandi - create an issue and then seek clients.
he is also going after CUA for discrimination because they have done away with co-ed dorms. He is a terrorist in a suit and should be disbarred. Personally I would like to see him locked up, but that's just me.

While this is absurd, it really highlights how Roman Catholicism is incompatible with the larger mainstream culture in the US (which had been a “lowest-common-denominator” Protestantism, and that has degenerated into state-mandated atheism).

I wonder what Obama’s approval rating is among Muslims these days?
