You mean the Forbes plan, to save the IRS and increase tax payers cost will save it, should not add over 10,000 new pages to the regulation. Hell Forbes and Judy both won running on it.. LOL

Sure, I think it’s pretty well known by now that Forbes advised Perry on putting together this plan and has endorsed him for POTUS. Not sure what you’re implying by asking that question, but I don’t think anyone here is claiming that Perry came up with this totally on his own without outside counsel.

This plan increases the size and scope of the IRS. It does not get rid of the current tax code. The whole point of the flat tax was to get rid of the current tax code.

I think it is interesting that the same people who complained about Cain’s new revenue stream have no problem with a completely new revenue system!!!

(and in fact, the 9% is not actually a new stream, but a replacement for the payroll and 4 other hidden taxes).

Replacement is the way to go. Not on top of, not next to.
