No, actually he’s *not.*

Herman blatantly favors some people based on the color of their skin. Perry says he does not favor any group, regardless of the sound of their name.

http://www.detnews.com/article/20111021/POLITICS03/110210417/Cain-proposes-to-help-%27empowerment-zones%27-such-as-Detroit

“Because you have a lot of African-Americans located in cities like Detroit — disproportionately — it would encourage businesses to stay in business there or to move there,” Cain told CNN. “It would encourage people to work there, because if you live in the empowerment zone, you’re going to pay a smaller percentage in taxes.”

It is great hearing Mark Levin’s insight and his glowing words for Perry’s “Cut, Balance, and Grow” Plan

The “Cut, Balance, and Grow” Plan shows how fiscally conservative principles should be utilized in our economy from beginning to end.

We should be proud of all of our candidates taking on this challenge for us, and we should be encouraged Governor Perry has shown the courage to inject conservative change into our entire economy and society. The conservative movement and Tea Party influence have brought us here, and we are now seeing the good results of a nation full of citizens who would not stand for hogwash liberal economics anymore!

We need conservative change, and we need a person who believes so much that fiscally conservative principles will work that he or she will stand upon these principles, no holds barred!

Mr. Obama, you are toast!

Thank you for posting this, Outlaw Woman!

Incidently. Front runner Herman Cain is headlining a Tea Prty event in Houston tonight. I hope someone can provide us with a link.

The beauty of a Flat tax is that the “burden” won’t increase for anyone. It will decrease.

The real burden will be on cutting spending, decreasing the regulatory burden, and repealing 3 years of government-growing, job-cutting regulations and rules.

You did not read the plan.

He does propose a balanced budget amendment and said it needed to be initiated by Congress right away.

It takes a long time to do that - every state has to vote on it.

Plus, you cannot do everything all at once.

The first priority of his plan is to create jobs.
By cutting the taxes - it creates jobs.

He will start cutting spending right away.

Stop the regulations and get the energy jobs imploding.

Get the companies from overseas to come back to US.

After people are working, the economy is jump started and the base is widened then they can start balancing the budget.

Vote non-communists to office. Vote Governor Perry to get rid of the appointed communists in the Agencies.

In state tuition for illegals is supported by Marco Rubio as well.

Oh the Huge Manatee!!

Perry sucks at debates, but is plenty coherent one on one.

Of course Mr. 999, who has already said he won't deal with Perry, and who's plan will create a new federal sales tax on top of the income tax is the front runner right now, but it's starting to look like either Cain/ Gingrich or Perry/Gingrich.

1913, a YEAR THAT WILL LIVE IN INFAMY.

ABOLISH THE INCOME TAX AND THE IRS.

Great plan from Perry.

I haven't seen Rick Perry's plan, and frankly I really have no interest in reading anything from anyone that calls me "heartless" because I don't want to pay to educate the children of illegal aliens, when I have a difficult enough time paying for my own children's education.

But Rick Perry doesn't know about those things now does he?

By the way, any plan that doesn't completely tear down and flat-out eliminate the IRS, a Terrorist Organization if there ever was one on American soil, can hardly be considered "great."

I don't give a damn' what Rush Limbaugh or Mark Levin have to say about it either! Limbaugh's just being a prop for the party machine again.

Some of that budget increase is because people from other state’s have been flocking to Texas for jobs. Also people from all over the world are coming to Texas for jobs and some for retirement. I see them every day in my work.
I have had the pleasure of meeting people from England, Australia, Scotland, Norway and Asia that have moved to our town recently.

The total spending when adjusted for inflation and population explosion actually equals 21%.

An article in the Ft Worth Star Telegram in July had a report that stated the spending in Texas under Gov Perry increased 16% every 2 yrs but when adjusted for the population growth and inflation, the rate fell to 4%.

According to Keep Conservatives United, the federal gov was the fastest growing source of revenue during the 10yrs in Texas.

When you exclude federal dollars and adjust state spending for population growth and inflation, the spending goes down another 6%.

And Texas also has a rainy day fund that is estimated to be $9.4 billion by the end of 2013.

Governor of the largest state in the US Mainland with 25 million people and the 13th largest economy in the world if it were a country.

What other candidates have balanced a budget that large?

Good to see Levin liking the plan as well. It’s nice when real conservatives take a look and see something they like, unlike the so-called conservatives who hate on it just it’s from Perry.

Imagine if Rick Perry had proposed 999. The vultures would have been all over it that one as well.

I’m not interested in paying 20% of my income to support the communnists in washington.

You don't have to go to Flat tax...you can stick with what you have!

You obviously haven't bothered to learn anything about it or you would have known that!

...the only proposal anyone wants to hear from Perry, is his proposal to ditch his discounted tuition for illegal aliens stand.

You aren't smarter than and don't speak for "anyone."

If he is such a solid guy, why did he allow the state to abuse the children of the Mormons? Actually, he abused their entire families,

BS

No one was burned at the stake or boiled in oil.

Polygamy is against the law, and Mormons are a cult that don't put their members in the military, FLIP SLICK WILLARD RINO ROMNEY AND HIS 5 SONS EXHIBIT NUMBER 1.

Romneys grandfather was busy being a fugitive in Mexico because of his polygamist actions, no different than the subhuman muslims.

Not to mention that he supported killing babies into his late 40's.

NO ROMNEY, NO WAY!!

Yep, Cain is fun to watch/listen to. Perry is not.

I see Levin is making believe he forgot how bad it was in 2007 when Bush announced he was working with Pelosi on immigration reform, ala Perry.
