It worked well for Adolf Hitler, Il Duce, Hugo Chavez, Idi Amin DaDa, Pol Pot, Francisco Franco, Salvador Allende, Daniel Ortega, Fidel Castro and a bunch of others.
It did not work out so well for those who allowed them to get into power.
