Im not sure how decent Americans can watch that grotesque display at Occupy events and be evenly divided. Pooping in public must not be as forbidden as I thought, I guess...

Lets see, 57% pay fed income taxes and 40% strongly disapprove of 0bama.
That means of the stupid 60% who don't strongly disapprove of 0bama—17% of them are REAL stoopid!

I’m more than a casual observer, but it does look to me like Obama is flailing. Obama reeks of desperation, and that doesn’t sell well. I don’t think that even the mighty Pravda can keep that stench from getting to the masses.

I’m actually surprised that Obama is trying so hard to be re-elected. The first 3 years of his term, Obama has given the impression that one and done would be fine with him.

The GOP candidate numbers are a bit scary.

Romney ties....Perry and Cain lose (as of today, of course).

“The GOP candidate numbers are a bit scary.”

The public isn’t happy with Obama. They want someone else, but when you get specific, each of the Republican offerings is tragically flawed, in the eyes of non conservatives. And while I’m not as conservative as some here, I’m more conservative than an independent, and I am uneasy with any one of the candidates. However, I’ll enthusiastically vote for a brick over Obama.

If the GOP had a candidate with crossover appeal, or even a candidate that appealed to independents, Obama would be toast.

Don’t be too frightened by those numbers. It’s standard for this amount of time before the election.

The panhandler in chief is out collecting money for his reelection and can't be bothered with "governing".
He'll tend to the opinion makers later.
This is bare-knuckle politics and he is now reaping the donations he has sown with the taxpayers money.

It's not important, but this looks like the bottom of the noise (MOE) band, and may pop back to 20-22 shortly.

It no longer matters.

Machinery has been put in motion. Machinery so massive and cumbersome, their own inertia pretty much guarentees America will be drawn into a seemingly impossible position to defend herself.

It is our job to stop the wizard from throwing any more switches and levers.

That low SA of 18% is a new benchmark.
He’s never gone lower than 19.

I look for it to go back to 19 or 20 for a bit after this,
but back down in that range.

Lets see, 57% pay fed income taxes

Only about 40% of the over 16 workforce pays any federal income tax. Only 53% of people who work pay any federal income tax. That number goes down to about 40% when you add in the people who don't work.

Barry is polling ok against the GOP because of the nasty primary. Once someone is selected and they start attacking obama these “good polls” will quickly end

Oh I don't underestimate us, but I DO get anxious as time continues to pass and seemingly nothing gets done.

I'm no longer young and STRIKE, but if I was, I'd probably be a more active patriot.

Americans, as Winston Churchill knew, are an exhausting sort of people in any endeavor. We make every wrong turn, turn after turn, and yet in the end we always end up at the right point. Why?

Because we don’t fear loss of face, we don’t fear failure, and both because of one reason. We need to get things right.
