Food Lion 12:34 PM - Young female(black but that doesn't matter I've seen whites do this also) using WIC paper work to buy(legally shoplift) groceries with 3 young children in tow. As usual I followed her, not to closely, just to see the vehicle. Why shouldn't "poor" people drive wrecks right? Well in the brand new Ford focus is a little terrier dog! How special, she can "support" a dog as well as 3 chillun. The kicker is she has a cell phone and the license plate protector is from Hampton College. How double nice, she probably got a free education then went on the public dole and popped kids. Why do we spend money educating these people?
We share a hobby.
Your attitude is heartless. She would be working to support a day care center. What is wrong with you?
you followed her?
It’s more common than you think. I’ve seen plenty of examples where someone on public assistance is driving a nicer car than the one I have.
I’m also amazed at the number of satellite dishes on the public housing apartments in my town. How can the ‘poor’ afford such things?

Gray, it’s not a good idea to follow people in the store. Some folks are more aware of their surroundings than you think and you may have the facts right but still come to a wrong conclusion. My uncle has dementia. I or someone takes him to the grocery store and pays for his food with his food stamps. An observer might see me and my SUV and think “shame, shame” but they’d be wrong about what’s going on.
You must be near Farmville, VA? I left that area 16 yrs ago. If you are near Newport News ...it is just as bad.
