If he thinks NorKland is that nice of a place show him the photos of work camps, the starvation, and other horrors that are being experienced daily. Even have NorK defectors talk to him in person.
After that take him by submarine to NorKland. Put him in a dinghy and let him paddle the rest of the way in. Any soldiers stationed on the beach will know what to do with him.

It's easier just to take him up to Panmunjom and throw his ass across a 6 inch high curb. That is all that separates the two sides, there. The Nork guards will hammer him into a bloody hash, but that's not the ROK's problem... If he has Air Force data, however, you know he has long since sent it North. I'm betting that Korean Airlines pilots are all ex ROK Air Force.
