"Conservatives are principled."

Exactly right.

Unfortunately, there are PLENTY on here who will vote for WHOEVER the (R) is, and we get RINO after RINO after RINO, from the Establishment Elite and promotion via the State-Run-Media. Those who hold their nose and vote for the "chosen one" are counted on by the Republican Party to get their hand-picked Candidate through the Primary.

IF real Conservatives would NOT VOTE FOR THE RINO's, they'd get the message.

Following this statement, you can count on those that say "wasted vote" on 3rd Party, "handing the White House to Obama", etc....they will vote for whomever they're told.

Sorry, I’m not handing the White House back to Obama no matter who the R candidate is. Period. There would likely never be another free election in American history.

I hear what you are saying, but are you prepared actually prepared to get involved and do what it is going to take to bring about true Conservative candidates? That means nearly 40 hours a week working at a grass roots level to organize your group and then find, vet, and set up a working organazation for your candidate. Plus money becomes an issue. I don’t know if I am at this point yet. However, if Obama gets another term, the odds are I will be.

So, here is where this Conservative stands: I support Cain. He is getting my vote. If Romney becomes the nominee, then over Obama, yes I’ll vote for Romney. Any other Dem, I’d write-in Cain. But Obama is a Marxist Socialist who is openly destroying this nation economically, no; if Romney is the nominee, he will get my vote.

Basically what you’re saying is: if my candidate is not the “perfect” conservative, I’m not going to vote. Consign yourself to never voting again, because there is no such thing as the perfect candidate. Romney is far down the list of my preferences (Cain or Perry), but if he is the Republican candidate, I will vote for him.
