She's a 15 year old girl, an honor student and babysits at her local church on Sundays.

You're going to send her home because her mother brought her here when she was 2?? Absurd....

More than likely "home" is going to be one of the top nations in the world.

People who imagine Mexico to be a totally disgusting third-world "hellhole" have no clue about how bad MOST of the world really is.

It is not punishment on this planet to be sent home to one of the better countries.

Is she here legally? Millions of people live in other countries, most of them do it by choice.

Its absurd to think we have any responsibility to criminals.

The billions of dollars people like this cost American taxpayers is profane

“You’re going to send her home because her mother brought her here when she was 2?

If it were my decision, and if I had the authority to do so, absolutely.

Laws need to be enforced, otherwise there is no point in having laws.

Consider the following hypothetical situation:
A man steals $10 million from a bank, gets away without anybody noticing, then gets married, has a couple of kids and settles down in nice, affluent community, becoming a respected member of society. He provides a very nice life-style for his family and sends his kids to private schools. Then the authorities finally track him down, arrest him and seize his ill-gotten gains. Do we allow his wife and kids to keep the money, home, cars, and affluent life-style that he created with stolen money? After all, according to your logic, his family shouldn’t have to suffer because he stole the money before he met his wife and before the kids were even born.

Either we deport all illegal aliens when we find them, or we don’t deport any of them. It’s that simple. But we don’t do that. We allow them to break the law, establish themselves here, get married, have children, etc., then when they get caught everybody cries: “What about the children?” and we are guilt ridden to the point that we don’t do anything about. Which only encourages more illegal immigration. Now, that is truly absurd and assinine.

The only way to correct this situation is to hold illegal aliens accountable and send them home, regardless as to their age or how long they have been here.

You cannot pick up a turd by the clean-end. You’re going to get dirty no matter which end you pick it by. So just pick it up, throw it away and wash your hands.

At least that’s how I see it.

If she’s here illegally then absolutely send her home. She and her parents DO NOT BELONG HERE and taxpayers have no real obligation to support them in ANY way. It is not absurd, the 15 yo and her mother belong back in their home country and if it is not a nice place then too bad. Let the honor student and her mother work to make changes in their POS country instead of stealing tax money from my kids pockets and taking services, scholarships and grants that my kids would never qualify for as actual citizens.
