SEATTLE -- A man accused of exposing himself to children at least five times across Seattle was arrested early Tuesday morning.
Seattle police say he was taken into custody at his Kenmore residence around 1 a.m.
Officers had been given a composite sketch of the suspect and detectives learned he had been at Westlake Park taking part in the Occupy Seattle protests.
The man is accused of exposing himself three times on Sept. 29 -- once in Crown Hill, once near Alki Beach, and a third time on Capitol Hill. Three days later, he was spotted at Pinehurst Playfield near Northgate, and then again on Oct. 3 at the Lakeside soccer field in North Seattle.
In one instance, the man allegedly approached two 13-year-old girls on swings, made a comment and was engaged in a lewd act when they turned to look, according to police.
The man was booked into King County Jail for Investigation of Indecent Exposure.
Once is an accident, three times a pattern? What was he protesting for—sexual justice?
Lives in Kenmore? Thats not a bad neighborhood

My daughter’s friends were flashed by a guy a month or so ago as per the above article in Kirkland, Wa. Sounds like it is the same guy from the sketch and description. I imagine the cops know about it (20 miles away) - but I think I’ll remind them anyway!

FIVE instances. And I bet it is the same guy that did it in my neighborhood as well. He needs therapy. Electroshock might do the trick. At 100,000 volts. (Or is it the amps - I can never remember that?)
Glad to help. It is the amps that pass through the body, but generally speaking, you need a lot of volts to force the amps through. So, a battery that can deliver 800 cold-cranking amps won't hurt you if you put your fingers across the terminals, and a taser at 100,000 volts won't push enough current through you to kill (usually) because it is current limited. But, don't stand on the third rail!
