I case anyone was living under a rock.

We must elect a President in 2008 who is up to the task, and I need you to encourage Mitt to run. ... As a leader who has spent most of his life in the private sector, Governor Romney will call on America's strength and character to solve problems and secure our future.” - Senator DeMint

In May 2008 my primary choices were Huckabee, Romney, and McCain.

I voted for Romney and have never been embarrassed to say so, on FR or anywhere else.

Give me a conservative to vote for instead, and I'll gladly do so.

If you start defining a RINO as anyone who has ever supported a RINO, or supported someone who supported someone who supported a RINO, or supported......

.......you wind up with no one left. I don't choose to go that route. Jim DeMint is conservative enough for me.

I supported Romney in 2008 but that was because it was either McCain ( before Palin ) or Huckabee. And I didn’t like the fact I was supporting Romney but I couldn’t stand McCain or Huckabee. Today is a different ball game there are some better choices.
