Thank you for posting this. Horrible. Of a piece with the multiple unncessary courts martial that have been convened against our troops for the past eight years.

One egregious example is that of Army Lt Behenna. Meanwhile, Marine Sgt Wuterich just learned that he will be court-martialed for something he has been fighting in the courts for years.

However, when one puts all this against the backdrop that murderers/maimers of our troops are currently being released from confinement in both Iraq and Afghanistan, it becomes more than simply an injustice.

You are correct. As the Obama Administration's Catch and Release policy frees known terrorist killers of our troops, we STILL have our own Military heroes in Leavenworth for doing the job they were sent to do....kill terrorists!
