Here’s Romney’s record on judicial appointments -
Governor Mitt Romney, who touts his conservative credentials to out-of-state Republicans, has passed over GOP lawyers for three-quarters (75%) of the 36 judicial vacancies he has faced, instead tapping registered Democrats or independents – including two gay lawyers who have supported expanded same-sex rights.

Of the 36 people Romney named to be judges or clerk magistrates, 23 are either registered Democrats or unenrolled voters who have made multiple contributions to Democratic politicians or who voted in Democratic primaries, state and local records show. In all, he has nominated nine registered Republicans, 13 unenrolled voters, and 14 registered Democrats.

Even a liberal outfit like the Boston Globe saw the obvious hypocrisy in Romney’s appointments.

If I remember right, National Review was big on Romney in 2008. I don't know if they have endorsed anyone or if this is just one person's opinion.

Obama expects to win by spending a billion dollars on negative ads against the Republican nominee. That may work better against someone no one feels much affection for than against some of the other candidates out there.

You need to learn to express yourself more fully. ;)

Don’t think many (any) Tea Party people will support him so I agree, if he’s back, the country is doomed.

Seems like it would be better to die fighting back while you still have the strength to stand up.

That’s right. I’d rather have 0bama again than Romney. Let’s get it over with.

If Milt is handed the pubby nominatyion, I would hope that Sarah Palin tosses her hat int he ring as a third Party write-in candidate, so the conservative turnout can depose the criminal enterprise democraps from power int he Senate and make an even bigger presence of the Tea Party Candidates int he House. When barry bassturd is re-elected, he will be feckless at best.

It's still two months before the primary. Does it look good now? No it doesn't. However, John McCain was trailing at this point. Trailing Romney.

Why the HELL are we accepting that "Romney is going to be the guy" before one damn vote is cast?

Good points. We’re in for tough times and people who haven’t prepared, had better get busy.

Attention GOP establishment toadies:

No, we won't settle for Romney, you putrid weasels.

If you force him on us, there will be a revolt, a new conservative party, and you will be handing the country four more years of Obama.

If Romney gets the nomination, third-party Sarah would be the best thing that could happen. She might even win!

Romney’s advisors may be the ones picking who lives and who dies at the hands of Zero’s Death Panels. Wonder if they have all of us listed?

Romney’s advisers served their purpose. Besides, they’re probably Mormon or Christian. They’re probably on the long term list, themselves. They are/were “Useful Idiots” and once Useful Idiots are no longer needed, they’re disposed of in some way.

That’s how communism works.
