I am TRULY beginning to believe this is intentional....AKIN to taking a stick and poking a dog......poke it again........poke it again.....is ti gonna bite?.....Poke it again.......(getting nervous?).....Poke it again.....dogs lip is raised.....nice teeth.......Poke it again......Dog lurches up and grabs you by the throat....Ahhhhhhhhhhhh that is the best ending to this particular State Department nightmare!
