I simply disagree. A campaign is a window on the candidate’s leadership, decisionmaking and hiring skills. If you run a campaign badly, what does that say?
Understanding what responsibilities you delegate, and knowing when to make the big decisions and when to let others handle details ... that’s presidential decisionmaking. So, he manages it? Or does he simply have a heightened sensitivity to the fact these people are probably dishonest ~ he has been campaigning for 5 years!
I think your life's experience tells an awful lot more than your campaign staff.
