He calls on Obama to “send troops to the border” but does NOT mobilize the National Guard to do so (They are under his control, and this (national guarding) is what they are SUPPOSED to be doing, not fighting in foreign wars).

Texas has spent $200,000,000.00 of its own taxpayer’s money defending this country on the southern border. It is not my responsibility as a taxpayer to protect you.
