A Khan family spokesman even went so far as to say he felt State was not only apologetic for killing Khan, a terrorist enemy of America, but for not giving its condolences sooner. By way of background, Khan was an American citizen who maintained an anti-American web site while he lived in Charlotte, North Carolina. Two years ago, he left for Yemen to help produce Inspire, an English language blog. In an early introductory essay, Khan described himself as “proud to be a traitor to America.” He was also the author of Make a Bomb in the Kitchen of Your Mom.

“Shocked, shocked I say” (as in the line from Casablanca) that Obama has more sympathy for a terrorist traitor than for the real Americans who are victims of Khan, of Ayers, and of the rest of Obama’s heroes.

I didn't realize this was first reported in The Charlotte Observer, or I would have posted the full story. Here's more:

" An official from the U.S. State Department has called the Charlotte family of al-Qaida propagandist Samir Khan to offer the government's condolences on his death in a U.S. drone attack last week in Yemen, according to a family spokesman.

"They were very apologetic (for not calling the family sooner) and offered condolences," Jibril Hough said about the Thursday call from the State Department to Khan's father, Zafar.

The phone call came a day after the family released a statement through Hough that condemned the "assassination" of their 25-year-old son - a U.S. citizen - and said they were "appalled" that they had not heard from the U.S. government to discuss their son's remains or answer questions about why Khan was not afforded due process.

On Friday, State Department spokesman Harry Edwards confirmed to the Observer that the call had been made, but said "privacy issues" kept him from offering details.

Hough said the Thursday conversation lasted a few minutes.

"It wasn't just 'I'm sorry' and hang-up," said Hough, who added that the phone call included no discussion of the status or condition of Khan's remains."

I’m hoping the first Executive Order President Cain puts in place is a retraction of all of Zero’s apologies.

EXECUTIVE ORDER #1: “Na, na, na, na, nahhhh, na...We take it all back (follow up by sticking out tongue).”

A heretofore secret cable dated Sept. 3, 2009, was recently released by WikiLeaks. Sent to Secretary of State Clinton, it reported Japan’s Vice Foreign Minister Mitoji Yabunaka telling U.S. Ambassador John Roos that “the idea of President Obama visiting Hiroshima to apologize for the atomic bombing during World War II is a ‘nonstarter.’”./snip

Khan described himself as “proud to be a traitor to America.”

And I'm proud as an American that you're dead, Khan.

0bama wanted to get across to the terrorists that the best way to beat America was with phony poses and sneaky tactics like those used by 0 himself, as taught by Saul Alinsky, rather than brute force violence. The time for violence will come, but only after the “bitter clingers” have been disarmed—which was the real purpose of Fast & Furious.

Obama says one thing to Americans: “We got the Bas*ard!”.
Obama says the opposite to Muslims: “We are so sorry this happened.”

Where else do we see this kind of behavior?

Maybe someday he’ll get around to calling Brian Terry’s family with his vacuous apologies.

I guess that makes me an 0’ptimist.

Forget what I said...

His parents wanted to know about his remains. I would have happily explained to them that their traitorous son’s last few seconds were like being the pig in an open pit pig roast. I’m sure that his sacrifice as one of Mohamed’s stupid lackeys would give him enough points to qualify for the 72 virgins bonus reward(not necessarily female or human as substitutions are allowed, per the fine print).

This should tell you all you need to know:

BILLIONS FOR JIHAD!

Obamas 2009 Supplemental Appropriations for Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Pandemic Flu was revised and passed by the full committee.
It gives billions http://creepingsharia.wordpress.com/2009/05/1...
of U.S. taxpayer dollars to countries and entities that support Sharia law and/or harbor, hide and support those who want to destroy the U.S. and our allies.
Read the summary from David Obeys office that was quietly released last week with nary a word from any media.

$3.6 billion, matching the request, to expand and improve capabilities of the Afghan security forces

$400 million, as requested, to build the counterinsurgency capabilities of the Pakistani security forces

Afghanistan:$1.52 billion,$86 million above the request

West Bank and Gaza:$665 million in bilateral economic, humanitarian, and security assistance for the West Bank and Gaza

Jordan:$250 million,$250 million above the request, including $100 million for economic and $150 million for security assistance

Egypt:$360 million,$310 million above the request, including $50 million for economic assistance,$50 million for border security, and $260 million for security assistance

Pakistan:$1.9 billion,$591 million above the request

Iraq:$968 million,$336 million above the request

Oversight:$20 million,$13 million above the request, to expand oversight capacity of the State Department, USAID, and the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan to review programs in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iraq
Lebanon:$74 million

International Food Assistance:$500 million,$200 million above the request, for PL 480 international food assistance to alleviate suffering during the global economic crisis

Refugee Assistance:$343 million,$50 million above the request, including humanitarian assistance for Gaza. Funding for the UN Relief and Works Agency programs in the West Bank and Gaza is limited to $119 million (Note: Gaza = Hamas)

Disaster Assistance:$200 million to avert famines and provide life-saving assistance during natural disasters and for internally displaced people around the world, including Somalia, Zimbabwe, Ethiopia, the Middle East and South Asia

Peacekeeping:$837 million for United Nations
peacekeeping operations, including an expanded mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and a new mission in Chad and the Central African Republic

Department of Justice:$17 million, matching the request, for counter-terrorism activities and to provide training and assistance for the Iraqi criminal justice system
Obama gives your tax dollars to rebuild Muslim mosques around the world
http://canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/... #

ACCORDING TO THE ASSOCIATED PRESS, THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION WILL GIVE AWAY NEARLY $6 MILLION OF AMERICAN TAX DOLLARS TO RESTORE 63 HISTORIC AND CULTURAL SITES, INCLUDING ISLAMIC MOSQUES AND MINARETS, IN 55 NATIONS. See the State Department document here.
http://exchanges.state.gov/media/pdfs/office-...

And THAT’S just the tip of the iceberg.
THIS will blow your mind!!

They should have 2010 up, but they don’t. That’s where you’ll find Obama’s largesse towards Muslim countries really go off the charts.

The cost of U.S. military intervention in Libya has cost American taxpayers an estimated $896 million through July 31, the Pentagon said today.

The price tag includes the amounts for daily military operations, munitions used in the operation and humanitarian assistance for the Libyan people.

The U.S. has also promised $25 million in non-lethal aid to the Libyan Transitional National Council, half of which the Defense Department has already on MRE’s (military lingo for Meals, Ready to Eat).

A comment from the DUmp regarding this story:

“Sorry we assassinated your son. At first we couldn’t find his assassination order and everyone here at the office was like ‘Oh sh!t, we killed an innocent American too?! We’re all going to go to jail!’ But then the intern found it so no harm, no foul. Honestly, we could have just written an assassination order on the spot because he was in the same car with al-Awlaki. Whatever. Crazy week! Anyway, take care and remember: The difference between America and the Chinese is the US government doesn’t bill the family for the bullet. You should take pride in that distinction. Gotta jet!”

They are as upset by this as we are, but haven’t yet connected the dots to the fact that it happened because Obama is a weapons-grade idiot.
