Allow me to stir the pot.
I see treason writ large. This is one of many instances of treason by the rat party bureaucrats, politicians and judges, It’s also my belief that if we don’t hold these fascist traitors accountable, they will one day try to murder millions of Americans.
We need to do two things:
1) Declare the democrat party a seditious organization and arrest its leaders as traitors, try them and if found guilty apply the necessary punishment.
2) Declare California a state in insurrection. Then remove the federal franchise from CA citizens, and refuse to seat its congressional delegation. Appoint a military governor to clean out that snake’s nest of communists. We have precedence for all of the above in the 19th century Reconstruction acts. That state is a witches cauldron of thieves, fascists and communists ruling over brainwashed, brainless sheep, with the minority of patriots excluded, of course.
Doing these two things will prevent the imminent second civil war.
I pray God it is so...there has not been a better opportunity, IMHO, in my lifetime now spanning 55 years.
If we can do this, then we will have the power...and most importantly, the people in place with the will to do so, and the backing of the people.
it may well get ugly. The rats are already trying to sow seeds of what I believe they hope will be massive upheaval and protests to try and either cow the change, or to prevent it if they can make it bad enough.
There are groups of people beholden to the DNC and their powermonge5rs who I expect will not accept a change back to individual responsibility and the laws that ensure it. but that is what must be done.
2012 will be a bell weather year for our Republic, among the most important of its history...and also fraught with great danger.
I pray God, again, that we have the will and fortitude to grasp the till tightly, and hold on to it until the field of entitlement, marxism, redistribution, anti-constitution, and sappers within is completely turned under.

And we just sit and wait for it.
It’s sort of like waiting for the fire department while your house is burning down. “Our” side says “wait, wait, wait... don’t fight the fire. Let the professionals do it.”
And we wait for “the professionals”...and keep waiting, and all the while the things we love and hold dear are being BURNED AWAY.
One of the protestors in LA was holding up a sign; it said “OPEN YOUR EYES! THE REVOLUTION IS HERE, NOW!” (On Drudge you can see it). His face is masked, because the cowardly little assh*le is afraid to show his mug - along with hundreds of others. They look like LaRaza assh*les.

Should have been done a long time ago. Nobody had the balls to do it. It’s way past that now. FDR’s admin was loaded with communists and subversives, and nobody did anything then - when it was politically amenable to doing so.

Are there conditions in the Constitution, or in the Enabling Acts, that enumerate what states must comply with to remain in the Union? Seem the Federal govt is too powerful as it is. I sure wouldn’t want them to have to power to kick states out.
