I apologize to you, I just looked at your FReeper page saw the states you visited and realize you think that the US is only on the 12th Amendment.

The President from my State is created the 13th Amendment.

So since you are living in 1860 and the wonderful years of James Buchanan. The North won, WW1 and WW2 were won, Cold War over, whaling ended throughout world commercially except for Japan, even though they lost tens of thousands of lives, BILLIONS OF BILLIONS of dollars and still whale because of pride.
