I've been an avid Rush listener for literally decades and in all that time I have never heard him make a derogatory remark about black people.
I have very specific memories and could go into details but, sufice it to say, Rush is the antithesis of a racist.
If the truth carries any weight in that courtroom, this lady will have a very poor experience.
Has anyone managed to track down the Rush Limbaugh transcript from October 4, 2010?
I’ve never heard Rush make derogatory remarks about blacks.
On two separate occasions I was subjected to watching the Maury Povich Show and The View at deafening sound levels while on jury duty.
I didn’t sue, even though I suffered physical and emotional pain (headache from realizing my tax dollars are supporting the trashy people on Maury’s show, nausea from just seeing and hearing Joy Behar and others in that coven).
Should I have sued? Or at least asked for a lifetime “get out of jury duty free” card?
Obama was on TV this morning, I’m suing. Pure torture.

The sequence of events here will be (1) someone reviews the show transcript, and (2) the lawsuit goes away.
