Holder should ask Scooter Libby how that “confused” defense worked out.
If tried before a jury of his peers, in a D.C. courtroom, Holder walks. The same jury that convicted Libby would acquit Holder in a millisecond.
Not a race thing...but a partisan thing. Recall the foreman of the Libby jury saying "We just wished it had been Dick Cheney sitting in the accused's chair."
