A publisher of an online terror magazine who grew up in Queens and wrote about his pride of being a "traitor" to America was among those killed in Yemen Friday, officials said.

Samir Khan was killed along with the American-born al-Qaida cleric Anwar al-Awlaki, who was questioned for his ties to 9/11 and was said to have inspired both the Fort Dix, N.J., and Times Square terror plots.

Khan was reportedly born in Saudi Arabia and raised in Queens. He recently lived in North Carolina and edited a jihadi internet magazine.

Al-Awlaki was targeted in the killing, but Khan apparently was not targeted directly. They were killed in a joint CIA-U.S. military strike on their convoy.

Police Commissioner Ray Kelly said Friday that Khan had "extensive contacts in New York City," and noted that a recent issue of his magazine, Inspire, had suggested Grand Central Terminal as a target.

The news keeps getting better and better. Now if only Adam Gadahn was with them.

Samir Khan was reported killed in the CIA-directed drone strike in Yemen that also killed U.S.-born cleric and al-Qa-da leader Anwar al-Awlaki.

Here’s the different. There was a Jewish song writer Sammy Kahn who wrote wonderful songs in the early part of the 20th Century, many being used in movies and shows.

This piece of Islamic jihaidist shit wrote words of hate.

There is a difference!

Why is it they want to be identified as Muslims and Islamists themselves (CAIR, etc.) but once they decide to start killing us they become a”Queens Man and an American, homegrown terrorist?”

The GD press will kill us all.

You can bet he won't be getting much sleep for a while.

It’s more than a twofer. Earlier an article was posted that stated the Saudi who was behind the construction of the underwear bombers bomb was also killed as well as another Saudi terrorist. That makes it a fourfer.

This is not a cold war hopscotch tit for tat thing. This is a kill or be killed thing. We must remember that always when dealing with muzzies. 9/11 was one thing but never forget Beslan.

I agree. As ruthless as the 9/11 hijackers were in carrying out their atrocity, you really get to see the true face of Islamic terrorism in Beslan. Men singled out for extermination for no reason other than that they "might" resist the hostage takers. Children forced to stand and kneel for hours at a time in torturous heat without water or food, drinking -- possibly forced in some cases -- their own urine. Throughout the whole three days the Muslim terrorists had the opportunity to see their victims as human beings; as defenseless women and children, but they never did.

Not the slightest trace of humanity was revealed by Muslims in Beslan.

Beslan showed the true face of the Islamic Jihadists. They will stop at nothing. They will attack us at our most precious and weakest points. I lived in Northern Virginia when the Islamic terrorist were sniping at us from random places. It was pure terrorism. Imagine that on a larger scale. Targeting random schools, gas stations or shopping centers anywhere.

In Beslan one of the things that you did not mention was that the Islamic terrorist raped and possibly murdered several of their hostages, many of them were young school girls.

I will say that when people I know talk about 9/11 I always tell them to look up Beslan. Beslan to me is much more of a wake up call then 9/11.

good riddance to bad rubbish

ppl are worried about the “US citizen” aspect but these scumbags were waging terrorist war on the USA from across the globe, and it came under battlefield terms not civilian terms.

Sure if they were in some civilized place we’d have to try to capture them unless they resisted, but I have no problems whatsoever with taking out every possible scumbag by airstrike in a place like Yemen where that is the only feasible way to strike back at these terrorists.

my new tagline:

Killing Al-Awlaki is the only kind of Obamacare I can support!!
