Nope. Voting "yes" means people acknowledge that the right is granted by a legislative action. Once so granted, it can be repealed by one.
This is an unalineable right, granted by God, which exists no matter what the government says.
The Government may suppress it, but they can't take it, any more than they can repeal the Law of Gravity.
If gunowners don't understand this en masse, then we're going to get bamboozled out of exercising that right in the future.
Ultimately, it is a trick question, on the order of "Have you quit _____ yet?", (yes or no), or "Have you ever been caught ______ ?" (yes or no).
No matter how you answer, they gotcha.
