Sadly, even if it is 97% of the entire US population it won’t stop Obama and Holder from doing everything possible to at least lay the groundwork (”under the radar”) for disarming the populace.

Even if he could I would propose that Americans exchange weapons with others to confuse the govt turds who come calling for them. Sadly, many Americans would turn them in, however I would no be inclined to participate.
