(Reuters) - A witness in a war crimes case against a member of Kosovo's parliament has been found dead in Germany, an EU police and justice mission (EULEX) spokesman said on Wednesday.
Ruling party parliamentarian Fatmir Limaj, who was put under house arrest last week, and nine other people arrested in March are accused of committing murder, torture and violations of the human rights of ethnic Albanians, Serbs and prisoners during Kosovo's 1998-99 war with Serbia.
Agim Zogaj, known as witness X in the war crimes case, was found dead in a German park, said EULEX spokesman Blerim Krasniqi, adding: "The German authorities are conducting the necessary investigation to determine the circumstances of his death."
A German police spokesman said investigators suspected that Zogaj killed himself but the investigation was still in progress and the police were waiting for the coroner's report.
"There are no indications it was anything else," the police spokesman said. He added an autopsy would be carried out on Thursday.

Actually, it is bad. This witness would have been helpful to the side representing the victims, which in this case were Serbs and ethnic Albanians who did NOT go along with the KLA agenda.

But what is the Albanian savage Blerim Krasniqi doing serving as an “EULEX spokesman”? EULEX is supposed to be “neutral” and to serve the cause of “peace”, after all!
Of late (especially in that recent shooting incident), EULEX has been acting far from neutral. It’s time to abolish EULEX, KFOR, etc., and let the Serbian army and police clean up the mess that is Kosovo today!!!!
Ever notice that the more unpronounceable the name, the more likely it is that it’s Albanian? Too bad they can’t by a few vowels.
So his death would serve the Bill Clinton agenda and his alliance with the KLA Muslim terrorists against the Christians
I think that Basque is worse for unpronounceability.
But Basques are civilized people!!!!
There are some survivors of Basque terrorism throughout Spain who might say that the ETA have lost a few civilization points for their car bombs.
