I’m fearful about how SCOTUS will rule on Obama Care if they take it on and I’m sure they will.
Yes, they will take it on (they pretty much have to because of the conflicting decisions in the lower courts) and the final outcome will likely be determined by the tie-breaking vote of Justice Kennedy, barring any unexpected changes in the SCOTUS' composition.
One thing going for our side here is that the original plaintiffs in the case are the 26 states represented by their respective AGs, which amounts to a good amount of political clout.
Even if the SCOTUS ruling is unfavorable, there will still be a decent chance of complete repeal in 2013 if Senate, House, and the presidency are all controlled by the GOP.
