Sorry Bill Kristol! The only running Christie is going to do is ------ run two miles a day.... Possibly! Ok maybe? Ok just wishful thinking!

The sad part about these stories is the knee-jerk anti-Christie reaction he gets from some people. He never said he was going to run. And he is doing about as good a job as any Repubican could do in NJ. And he is supporting the party by fundraising across the country. People need to realize Christie is a positive force in the Republican Party. As governor of a liberal, Dem-dominated state, he is doing a great job.

Christie would be a lousy choice. At least he is smart enough to know it.
He is probably about as good as New Joisey can get, and that’s where he belongs, doing the job he was elected for.

He is, he has been a great governor for New Jersey and has done miraculous things. He is just not right for the entire country and those who have been pursuing him have done him a great disservice.
To: Bigtigermike
I know the term RINO gets thrown around a lot and many times undeserved. But from my understanding, Christie is left on the social issues. Is that someone we really want as our nominee?
To: CaptainK
The establishment is desperate for a milquetoast candidate. Romney can’t close the deal, so now they’ll keep begging Christie.
To: Eagle of Liberty
It’s not Cain gaining moment, it’s Romney.

What part of “NO” don’t they understand? Come to think of it, what part of “shall not be infringed” does Christie not understand?

From a New Jerseyian - STAY IN NEW JERSEY CHRIS CHRISTIE.
You are the best we can hope for in a governor here - unfortunately.
Do as you promised and eliminate those government mandates and taxes which are keeping businesses and jobs out of the state AND STAY AWAY FROM THE WHITE HOUSE!!!!

Great news. Gov. Christie has undoubtedly been courted and is being tempted and seduced by big money donors. I am sure he is being flattered and stroked. I have been praying that he is able to remain strong and not give in to the pressure.
It looks like he is going to stay tough and stay here in NJ. This is very good news. He's still in his first term. It's not his fault the GOP lacks credible national leadership. Stay strong Governor! And stay here!
