Now that his “Blame Bush” hobby horse finally has retired to the glue factory, Obama resorts to pinning America’s woes on the “Do-Nothing Congress.” If only these parliamentarians would stop taking endless lunches, sipping cocktails at Capitol Hill happy hours, and napping at their desks, America might have some chance of returning to normal.

The House of Representatives, under the GOP majority, is pro-active and constantly submitting solutions.

The U.S. Senate, led by the Democrats, has failed to vote on a full Federal budget proposal in more than 800 days - more than two years, and consistently, and simply obstructing, delaying, preventing the passage of legislation in the Senate, because the only legislation possible to obtain enough votes in the Senate does not meet the litmus tests of Mr. Obama, Mr. Reid and the Left.
