Mitt Rewrites Himself (**FLASHBACK** changes in his book for it's paperback re-release)
The Boston Phoenix ^ | February 11th, 2011 | DAVID S. BERNSTEIN

Posted on 09/23/2011 6:47:58 AM PDT by Halfmanhalfamazing

When Mitt Romney's second book, No Apology, came out a year ago, it looked like he was moving away from the far-right demagoguery of his 2008 bid for the presidency, and toward a more moderate centrism for the 2012 election cycle. (See "New and Improved Romney," Talking Politics, February 10, 2010.)

But times change, and so does Mitt. A year later, with the Tea Party–fueled extremism of the 2010 midterms foretelling a rightward tilt to the GOP presidential primaries, Romney is tacking back — as evidenced by changes made to two sections of the text in the new paperback edition of No Apology.

The Phoenix clearly reads to me like a leftist rag, but Romney's book revisions raises yet more questions. None of us should ever give him a vote.

Mitt Romney is the republican party's Bill Clinton.

What the heck is wrong with running as who you are? Are all politicians afflicted with multiple personality disorder? Sheesh.

The Boston Phoenix makes the Boston Globe look like the Wall Street Journal. They are the FREE socialist/hippie rag that the bums in Boston use for bedding.

If we’re not able to get Sarah, at least we have to get someone who can beat teh won. That’s all that matters. We know the fight for this country doesn’t end in 2013 because the socialists are so deeply entrenched.

I find it almost laughable that people who would not vote for Romney in 2008 are now high on him. He’s still a Mormon if you haven’t noticed. That was the big drawback and because of that petulance/obstinacy on the part of Republicans, we got McCain who didn’t have a prayer to beat the media’s messiah.

Learn from that huge mistake. We have to be Big Picture People.

Who can beat Obama. Only issue that’s significant.

He may be a RINO but I’ll tell you one thing right now.
Money is going to be pouring into the Romney campaign after last nite.
He made Perry look like a groveling mealy mouth idiot.Or like another George Bush on Jeopardy.

Mormons are taught to speak whatever they need to speak to convince others of their point of view. Very little of what they speak matches their actions. Look at the actions.

This is an important question Romney MUST answer to win. If we don’t ask Obama WILL.

“If you get your own planet (see Mormon beliefs) can you run the country from light years away?”

There are 12 liberal Mormons so Obama won’t worry about offending someone who will vote for him. If Romney really believes in his faith, it’s a serious question

They think it's more important they get into office than anything else.
