Get around? Isn't that like breaking the law?

Education Secretary Arne Duncan has said states would be able to seek waivers around requirements in the law if they can meet certain requirements the White House favors, but has revealed few specifics.

Obama's answer to everything: If you don't like it, I'll issue a "waiver"!!!! Breaking the law? Hmmmmmmm

THIS IS A BIGGY, FOLKS....

The Accountability part of the No Child law is just now taking effect, the BIG shakeups for failing schools is just beginning, and the Teacher’s Unions are in a complete panic about it.

“Isn’t that like breaking the law?”

SILLY CONSERVATIVE...
Laws no longer apply to DC Democrats. Didn’t you get the Mainstream Media memo about this? It’s not a crime if they don’t report on it.

“Obama’s answer to everything: If you don't like it, I'll issue a “waiver”!!!!”

No, Obama does many things the American people don't like and most of us can't get a waiver.

It is more like be my supporter and contribute to my campaign and pay me money under the table and I'll issue a waiver. And I'll let you break the law. And I'll give you a taxpayer funded fraudulent $500 million loan. And I'll let you deal drugs with impunity. And I'll have the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms give you all the guns you need.

In 2010, Barack Obama called for fixing the public education system by giving us the Elementary and Secondary Education Act and “Race to the Top”, which he said would fix the education system already fixed by the 2001 GW Bush and Ted Kennedy legislation called “No Child Left Behind,” which was supposed to fix a system supposedly already fixed by a 1994 piece of federal legislation called “Goals 2000,” which was supposed to fix a system already fixed by America 2000,” which was a 1991 response during the Bush administration to a 1983 federal report on education called “A Nation at Risk, which was published a full four years after Jimmy Carter fixed the nation’s public school system by first establishing a cabinet-level Department of Education in 1979.

I think I’m beginning to see a pattern here.

That needs repeating:

In 2010, Barack Obama called for fixing the public education system by giving us the Elementary and Secondary Education Act and “Race to the Top”,

which he said would fix the education system already fixed by the 2001 GW Bush and Ted Kennedy legislation called “No Child Left Behind,”

which was supposed to fix a system supposedly already fixed by a 1994 piece of federal legislation called “Goals 2000,”

which was supposed to fix a system already fixed by America 2000,”

which was a 1991 response during the Bush administration to a 1983 federal report on education called “A Nation at Risk,

which was published a full four years after Jimmy Carter fixed the nation’s public school system by first establishing a cabinet-level Department of Education in 1979.

I'm not a big Bush basher, but they are overrepresented when it comes to “fixing” the Dept of Ed.

Republican bureaucrats are as evil as Dem bureaucrats. The only "fix" for these agencies is abolishment.
