Joe was also holding a blank sheet of paper in his hand during his speech. He held it up for all to see. Rumor is it was an audit of all the jobs created, which Joe spoke of. All those listening to the speech, joined Joe and took a drink before writing this report.

“Sheriff” Joe Biden’s remarks could come back to haunt him

Who's going to hold him accountable? The media? Not likely. The GOP candidate? Not likely, either -- the incumbent VP tends to be ignored during presidential campaigns unless he's accused of criminal misconduct.

Now if he ever gets the wacky notion of running for president again, THEN the haunting can commence.
