I don’t know. I can’t here without a myriad of city inspectors and boards approving everything and for a fee.

Why can’t Christians hold a bible study at home on “their property” without a permit?

I guess some religions are more equal than others.

Difficult to believe; this is NYC nanny-state central with more regulations and rules than you can imagine!
