Count up all the times any bill since January 2009 has granted powers to “the Secretary of...” whatever department.
It must count into the thousands. Obamacare alone had several hundred.
Each time any legislature extends powers to “the Secretary” those powers are really bestowed onto the President, because all cabinet ‘secretaries’ report to him.
Hitler managed the same thing: Soon after the Reichstag fire, the German legislature passed the The Enabling Act, which gave Hitler the right to rule by decree. This in effect, made Hitler dictator of Germany.

Hitler didn't accomplish what he did on his own, he had plenty of help.
History shows that things didn't turn out too well for his friends either.

Lehman Brothers was heavily invested in Wind and Solar and was one of the reasons why it went under.
