This is all for now:
Solyndra execs will decline to testify at Congressional hearing Friday, according to letters from their attorneys obtained by Reuters.
What a crock.
complete and utter contempt for congress, they asked for a week to get affairs in order and they would appear and now this.
Order them down there, arrest if necessary.
They’re too busy re-arranging their off-shore bank accounts.
They need time to clean it up.
The more they delay, the closer we get to an election month bombshell.
I thought they agreed to cooperate by at least not taking the fifth in exchange for more time to prepare.. Now they’re going back on their word.
Imagine if BP did this?
Since the coup d’etat of America,
all POWER resides with the pRes_ _ent.
Congress should just go home or commit ritual suicide.
Protecting themselves from perjury.
Pray for America
Yeah. They are too busy fleecing the taxpayers with another venture with the help of the Regime. Solar powered Port a Potties.
Taking the Fifth does not look good..............for Zero..........
Just like Fast and Furious where the DOJ, BATFE, White House, etc all stonewall and ignore Congressional demands for information and testimony.
Obama may become the Dem version of Nixon....asked to resign by his own party.
Smart move on their part. Congress can grant them immunity in exchange for testimony.

Solyndra LLC’s chief executive and chief financial officer will invoke their Fifth Amendment rights and decline to answer any questions put to them at a Congressional hearing on Friday, according to letters from their attorneys obtained by Reuters.
In the letters sent to the House Energy and Commerce Committee’s Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations, attorneys for Solyndra CEO Brian Harrison and CFO W. G. Stover said they advised their clients not to provide testimony during the hearings.
The bankrupt company’s $535 million federal loan guarantee is being investigated by the House Energy and Commerce Committee.
Harrison is represented by Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe and Stover is represented by Keker & Van Nest.
Solyndra’s offices were raided by the FBI two days after the company filed for bankruptcy, although the FBI did not say what prompted the raid.
So obviously there must be something more in this, its obvious.
Surprise! They lied last week when they promised to testify without invoking the 5th Amendment in exchange for time to prepare their testimony.
"What happened to the 500 million dollars?"
"I plead the fifth."
"Did any of that money end up lining the coffers of Democratic office holders or office seekers?"
"Under advice of council, I plead the fifth."
I'd watch hours of that.
and that is exactly what they need to do, it has to be put on record that pleading of the fifth.
This will blow the scandal higher and put doubts in voters minds of who are they protecting.
