6. Immediate deportation without hearing of all illegal immigrants caught. Appeals to deportation to be made through the U.S. embassy in the immigrants home country. This could be done by Congress giving the jurisdiction to all appeals to administrative judges in the embassies rather than Federal District Courts or Immigration Courts in the U.S.
