We've found the heat! It's in the ocean, so even though it's not getting warmer, it will someday, we promise, according to our computer model. The science is once again settled.

Earth's "missing heat" has long been a mystery for climate scientists as the last decade saw an incessant growth in greenhouse gas emissions did not elevate surface temperature as much as expected.I'll bet this was unexpected.

Or the earth could be losing the extra heat out into space.... You know like the new NASA data actually shows.... You know like the old days where scientists used actual data as opposed to “models.”

The heat won’t show up for a decade, but in the meantime we should all be paying our carbon taxes that will be saved in a fund somewhat like the Social Security fund.

Cool, new physics and new thermodynamics.
We have global warming on the SURFACE due to man made CO2 in the troposphere (in contact with the ocean's surface water), and the ocean water on the surface does not get warmer, but that sneaky heat gets down to 1000 feet or more BEFORE it heats the ocean water.
Now I understand.

It's easy to overlook the oceans since they only cover about three-fourths of the surface of the earth.
Certainly if the oceans can trap enough heat to make the symptoms of "global warming" disappear for a decade, it must also be true that the oceans could store enough heat to make such symptoms appear when, in fact, no such warming is taking place.
If the amateur scientists responsible for "global warming" overlooked the first, then it must be that they also overlooked the second.

So did they account for undersea volcanos and geothermal vents in their “model”?
Of course not.
This is a sad excuse for a band aid over junk science seeking even more government funding.
It’s not global warming or whatever. It’s pure corruption.

Earth's temperatures will likely stabilize for a period as deep ocean waters absorb enough heat to mask the effects of global warming for up to a decade, a new study indicates.
The pre-emptive ass-covering by the AGW cultists is well underway. All doomsday cults that want to keep operating for a while prepare excuses well ahead of time.
To: americanophile
“Mask the effects...” “...will likely...” “as much as expected...” “would likely last only about a decade or so” are all WEASEL WORDS. typical.

Well, probably most will swallow that without thinking: “Hey, wait a minute. Isn't that what's been happening for - forever?
