A judge said Monday he's considering giving Washington state's third-largest school district the option of replacing teachers on the picket line as a strike continued despite the judge's order to return to work.

For decades the unions did pretty much what they wanted and ran the system into the ground out of greed, pure and simple.
What's there to think about?

They have gotten so used to "running things" through threats and intimidation that they feel entitled to replace elected legislatures, boards and councils.

Lets disabuse them of that delusion, the sooner the better.
That should send a clear and permanent message to the new batch of teachers. The taxpayers are the employers and the elected administrators will never again be allowed to make stupid contracts and then retire.

Responsibility will follow them in the future. I'm sure of it.

A BTT. The WEA is one of the most arrogant, dictatorial, corrupt unions I’ve ever had the misfortune to come across. Until the Evergreen Freedom Foundation came along they were virtually unopposed.

Education reform has never worked because of Teachers’ Unions. It only gets worse. Our nation pays a high price for that political game Union radicals have played in our children’s education.

The unionized police are taking on the same unprofessional appearance these days.

Government workers should not be unionized. We have to use their services - it is not like we can leave a service they wreck with their self interest and poor professionalism. They can do too much damage to the country and we are all stuck dealing with them.
