Hi from Italy.
How you would guess there is a great interest here a great interest about Rossi’s device.
There is also alot of critics about it, but it seems to rely in the ambiguos figure of Rossi than in tecnology itself but also from a question of prejudice.

To put it short, the fact that a tecnological breaktrought of such magnitude would have to be credited to an entepreneur with a degree in philosopy instead than a reguar university professor in phisics has been considered quite scandalous by that part of our academical world that act as a closed caste (here they are usually are nicknamed the Barons).
In the same moment our goverment have savagely cut down R& D spending in order to finance ocial spending, subsidies and their own privileges.

Thank to them both it would happen again and again the same old story: another world-changing european invention would end up for being pratically realized in the USA.

Merriam Webster's Dictionary definition for critic: (noun) one who expresses a reasoned opinion on any matter especially involving a judgment of its value, truth, righteousness, beauty, or technique.

By that definition, yes I am a critic, and the specifics of my reasoned opinion were not addressed in your reply. Rather, it was the familiar claims of conspiracy and persecution.
