I didn’t think you could eliminate most court orders through bankruptcy.

Would not bankruptcy totally eliminate this debt?

I'm a paralegal working in BK. Criminal restitution is NOT dischargeable in BK, but we need one of our lawyers to determine if this qualifies. I'm on the fly and don't have time to read it right now.

Lawyers, please weigh in. Inquiring minds want to know!
