The U.S. Department of Energy has finalized a 535-million-dollar loan guarantee for a (first-in-the-nation recipient), Solyndra Inc.
California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden and U.S. Department of Energy Secretary Steven Chu jointly made the announcement.
