Republican Mark Amodei won the Congressional election yesterday in Nevada by 20 POINTS. It was NOT EVEN CLOSE. Republican Mark Amodei speaks at a victory party in Reno on Tuesday after defeating Democrat Kate Marshall in a special election for Nevada’s 2nd Congressional District. Amodei’s daughters Erin, left, and Ryanne were among the supporters on hand. (LV Sun)

Amodei won by more than 20 points in a referendum on Barack Obama’s failed policies. Reuters reported:

Nevada Republican Mark Amodei easily won a special election on Tuesday to fill a vacant House of Representatives seat in a largely rural district that has never sent a Democrat to Congress.

With 95 percent of precincts counted, Amodei had collected over 57 percent of votes compared to 36 percent for Democratic state Treasurer Kate Marshall, according to the Nevada Secretary of State’s office. Other candidates garnered the remaining votes.

“O” and his American Communist Party friends have overplayed their hand.

I can’t wait for the Nov. 2012 election.

Not good news for the Bamster. I hope they’re weeping and gnashing their teeth over at The Daily Kos.

This is a swing district too. Not a big conservative area. McCain I think won this by 1 point in ‘08.

From NJ and Virginia in ‘09 to Scott Brown in early ‘10 to the Tea Party lansdlide last fall... the Obama azz whooping rolls along. LMAO!

No, this seat’s never been won by a Dem.

The Dem lost relatively liberal Washoe County (Reno) by 10%, and other counties by as much as a 61% margin.

You’ll see something along the lines of “the majority of people are so stupid that they don’t know what’s good for them.”

In other words, rejection of leftist ideology by the masses is PROOF OF ITS SUPERIORITY.

I’ve directly heard a regular sheeperal repeat something she’d heard in her lefthanded circlejerk - “60% of the population can’t make proper decisions for themselves”.

Agreed. That’s also why it’s good that we’re getting to the vetting of our prospective candidates good and early here.

It was hilarious, some are now on suicide watch. They are in shock this could happen in NYC and definitely terrified of the 2012 election results.

BWAH-HA-HAAAA!!! Just as I had hoped, and so they SHOULD be terrified....The writing is on the wall. Time for them to move to Canada or Western Europe and enjoy living under the type of statist system they’ve been trying to impose on us all these years. If only they would....

And even more importantly, I think Obama is killing the dem party and they know it. I suspect his “official party” support is going to wither almost immediately.

This means that the MSM, their accomplice, will start treating him like George W Bush. They need a new candidate for 2012 and they now all know it.

If we fight Obama we are fighting the wrong enemy.

Well, to be fair, that is what I said about the country when it elected Obama.

I’ve said it for months- 2012 will be a ‘cat-fight’ between governor Palin & her ‘thighness’ clintoon. (still posting cut-off 2008 bumper sticker in lockeroom .”PALIN”.
