Remember:

Before we went into Iraq, only CNN had access to Iraq, Saddam, etc.

After we went into Iraq and Saddam was neutralized, CNN admitted that they were intentionally not reporting about the atrocities they KNEW Saddam was inflicting on his people, so they could maintain access to him.

So much for fair and honest reporting. Perhaps CNN thought if they deliberately slanted their reporting to the most radical of protesters, they would be protected.
