There are two true responses to his Holder’s statement:

He is grossly incompetent.

He is guilty of a conspiracy.

So this clowns position is that he runs an agency where unnamed underlings illegally transfer 2000 firearms and they do this without his knowledge or approval do it’s not his fault. That’s his position? That is as lame as “ my dog ate my homework”. This jackass ought to be arrested let alone fired.

Interesting “Law and Order: Special Victims Unit” last night...an ATF agent in the NYC office gave a gun that he acquired in AZ in a sting to a perp. The gun was later used in a murder...they dealt with the issue, and even said that the AZ operation was foolish, but made it come down to a single bad agent. And the ending was silly, where all the violence was laid to guns and not criminals.

Even if by some strange quirk they are being truthful and didn't know but were just incompetent and fostering an environment where such an outrage was inevitable, they are currently covering up the truth and obstructing the investigation so are now complicit in the crime itself. It's no different than Nixon covering up Watergate.

Holder also suggested politics could be a driving force behind Republican lawmakers' forceful inquiries into the matter.

Considering the the US Department Justice is a committed outpost of the a DMC it takes a forceful inquiry. If it looks political, I don't really care.

Oh my...there was/is a speech Holder gave in Mexico about 2.5 years ago posted on the DOJ website speaking on F&F. Issa was alerted to it so how can Holder wiggle out of that when he gave this speech?
