Not a fan of Ann, but she does have a point to a certain extent.

"Fish or cut bait"

The problem isn't Palin, because AFAIK while Palin may be posturing in a familiar way, she's never actually said that she was running for President. The problem is a fanbase that's convinced, despite reality, that she actually *is* running. I'd love to be wrong here. But I can't throw my support behind someone who isn't actually running.

Not really a fan of Ann either, she does have a point. Period.

Palin's merits and flaws notwithstanding, a not insignificant percentage of her fans would surround her with styrofoam Greek columns if they could. It might be an uncomfortable comparison, but it's entirely true.

Certainly to some extent. I was tarred and feathered the other day for daring to scoff at the fawning adulation over Palin's 2nd place finish (out of 9 women in the 40-49 age group) in a half marathon race. For that, I was branded as "hating good-looking women" and other such tripe. I still love Sarah and will not hold her more cultish followers against her, lol. But, I'm still undecided who I will be voting for next winter...all of the candidates have at least one major flaw which is preventing me from making a commitment.

Yeah, let's all say Palin shouldn't even try to fight back against the media characture that has been created against her by campaigning for the GOP nomination.

All that will do is encourage the MSM to continue those methods against the eventual GOP nominee.

Palin has a history of taking down those who corruptly stand against her.

If she is truly the damaged goods that the polling indicates, her run for the GOP nomination would be short-lived.

I have a feeling that if she did get in the race, she would be able to reverse a lot of that polling because she would be able to contrast herself positivly against the other GOP candidates and Obama.

And given Coulter's history of supporting Romney, Coulter is probably trying to clear as many obstacles for the Mittster as possible.

Palin supporters are wonderful.

Palin cultists are idiots.

YOU MIGHT BE A SARAH PALIN CULTIST IF:

You can’t read the slightest negative comment about your candidate without screaming bloody murder and setting your hair on fire.

(And that fits some Freepers).
