You have declared, via this letter, that Perry thanked Hillary for wanting to pass government run healthcare. Where does he say this? He never does.

The whole letter was about Perry praising Hillary for attempting to reform Health Care, not only that, Perry then goes on to make suggestions to Hillary about things she needs to look into to reform?

And it was before any of the panels started and before the government run aspect. He was acting on behalf of his state to commend the idea of solving a problem and suggested areas to be looked at. It wouldnt surprise me if there were 25 other similar letters.
