Obama knew from the beginning for his master plan to work he needed a “civilian defense force just as powerful and as well funded as the US military”.

In his twisted mind he planned this force would report to him. For public consumption it would be for national security. The manpower would come from unemployed inner city youths.

Saddam Hussein had his Republican Guards.
The Soviets had their Secret Police.
Hitler had his SS.
